Menus

There are a number of variables to consider when creating the perfect menu for your event. With your guidance, Zest will create a custom designed menu to ensure that you have the ideal menu and the perfect amount of food for your guests.

Zest is sensitive to the increasing requirements of restricted diets, including gluten and specific food allergies. Let us know of any special food requirements and we’ll offer wonderful options that give you the confidence your guests’ needs are taken care of.

Staff and Service

The Zest team will make your event a friendly and pleasant success, and will look after every detail from set-up to tear-down and everything in between. We provide:

The Zest team comprises of professional, friendly and qualified foodies who are highly knowledgeable of our food, service and set-up/ take-down expectations. Whether your event is large or an intimate gathering, a catering coordinator will be present to ensure all aspects of the event flow seamlessly.

Bar Services

Zest can provide options to suit your beverage needs. We offer wine pairing and sommelier services to assist in making your event successful. We’re also avid fans of regional wineries and microbreweries.

We can take care of the following for you:

Provide comprehensive help in liquor and wine requirements/quantities
Coordinate sommelier services for wine pairing
Obtain a special occasion permit
Setup, supply and handle all aspects of your bar requirements
Supply all the bar equipment, mixes, garnishes and ice
Provide fully trained experienced, “Smart Serve” staff
